How does the application process work?
The whole process should take under 5 minutes
Click "apply online" to start the process. Read the key features documents and acknowledge that you understand.
Fill in your details online
Fill in the form with your necessary details. These will be inserted into the application form.
Print off the pdf application form or request one to be posted to you.
Sign the document on pages 10, 17 and 19 at the "X".
Post to our free postbox
Place the form in an envelope and post to:

You will receive confirmation that we have received your application and Aviva will send you a full pack describing your pension. You will receive your rebate around October following the end of each tax year. You are not obliged to make further contributions yourself although it is advisable to top up your pension for your future. You will be able to set up viewing your pension online and can make any changes, either to your address or otherwise, on the Aviva website.
